Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup full fat milk.
1 cup of white flour.
3 tsp granulated sugar.
1/2 tsp of baking soda.
1/2 tsp of baking powder.
2 tsp of melted butter.
1 large egg.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
1 tsp white vinegar.
a salt.

Methods:

Step 1
Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk the milk and vinegar, then add the eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
Step 2
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together well and set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Currently. It’s time to cook unbelievable pancakes. Gently dip 1/2 cup of the mixture and place it on a buttered grill or skillet and cook until one side is golden brown, then flip with a spoon and brown the other side.
