FRIED CABBAGE AND BACON WITH ONION

### Ingredients
– 1 head of cabbage, chopped
– 6 slices of bacon, chopped
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon butter (optional for extra richness)

### Instructions

1. **Cook the Bacon**: In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
