\nSalt to taste optional
\nPreparation method:
\n1- First, in a bowl, with a spoon, mix the cheese, cornstarch, egg and optional salt
\n2- Then, knead the dough with your hands until it reaches a smooth consistency and until it comes off your hands.
\n3 Then, make balls and place them in a greased pan.
\n4 Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
\n5 In a pan, add oil and heat over medium heat.
\n6 When the oil is hot, fry the cheese balls until golden.
\n7- Finally, drain on paper towel.
\n8- Serve.
\nYield: about 28 small cheese balls.
