{"id":1368,"date":"2025-02-18T20:12:02","date_gmt":"2025-02-18T20:12:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fofig.com\/?p=1368"},"modified":"2025-02-18T20:12:02","modified_gmt":"2025-02-18T20:12:02","slug":"apple-pie-egg-rolls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fofig.com\/index.php\/2025\/02\/18\/apple-pie-egg-rolls\/","title":{"rendered":"Apple Pie Egg Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83c\udf4e<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udfe1 Ingredients :<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd3a 2 tablespoon butter<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd3a 3 cups apples, peeled, cored, and diced<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd3a \u00bc cup brown sugar<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd3a \u00bd teaspoon cinnamon<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd3a 10-12 egg roll wrappers<br \/>\noil for frying<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd3a powdered sugar, for dusting<br \/>\ncaramel sauce<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd34 Instructions :<br \/>\nIn a medium size pan, melt butter, add apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.<br \/>\nCook over medium-high heat, stirring often until apples are tender.<\/p>\n<p>Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator to cool, about 3o minutes.<br \/>\nPlace 2 heaping tablespoons of apple filling into each egg roll wrapper, wet edges with water, roll up sealing edges. Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper. Repeat with remaining ingredients.<br \/>\nFRY :<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry each egg roll for about 4-5 minutes or until browned and crispy.<\/p>\n<p>Remove to paper lined plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with caramel sauce.<\/p>\n<p>or BAKE :<br \/>\nPlace egg rolls on a greased baking sheet, or use a parchment paper.
