Tastes like the inside of an egg roll. Delicious! This is a reshare.<br \/>\nLow-Carb Crack Slaw<br \/>\n2 lbs. Ground beef or turkey<br \/>\n2 bags Cole Slaw Mix<br \/>\n4 Green Onion, chopped<br \/>\n3 tsp minced garlic<br \/>\n3 tbsp Soy Sauce<br \/>\n2 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\n2 tsp red pepper flakes<br \/>\n2 tsp ground ginger<br \/>\n*Optional add a packet of Splenda<br \/>\nInstructions:<br \/>\nCook Ground meat in pan as you normally would.<br \/>\nIn separate pan, put sesame oil, soy sauce, chopped green onion and chopped garlic together and stir fry until tender. I then added the cabbage (cole slaw mix) , crushed red pepper and ground ginger and cooked until mostly tender, it still had a slight crunch to it which I prefer over super soft cabbage.<br \/>\nOnce that was done I drained the excess fat off of the meat and added it to the pan with the rest of the ingredients and stirred. I did add a touch more soy sauce for flavor but not much. Turned out awesome.
