The only ingredient you may need is curd, but you can easily make your own curd. These cookies are delicious on their own or topped with your favorite jam.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\">ingredients<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b02 1\/2 cups all-purpose flour<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b02 cups of milk<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b01 piece of butter<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b04 teaspoons baking powder<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b04 teaspoons of sugar<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00b02 teaspoons of salt<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">*How to make :<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Preheat oven 450 degrees.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Then add the curd and mix all the ingredients together until a moist dough forms.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then pour it into an 8&#215;8 or 9&#215;9 baking dish (make sure the pan isn&#8217;t too small or shallow so that the butter doesn&#8217;t drip from the pan while cooking).<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Lay the mixture over the melted butter and use a spatula to spread it evenly across the pan until it touches the sides.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Cut the unbaked dough (it should be swimming in butter at this point) into 9 equal squares.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Baking for 20 to 25 mn or to golden brown.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">This cookie is the perfect companion to any meal.
