Every bite is full of flavor, fluffy eggs and plump shrimp.<\/p>\n<p>This is one of my favorite Asian recipes to share on the blog because I usually have lots of leftover rice in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>Growing up, my mom used to cook fried rice as a main course to use up all the leftover ingredients in the fridge. It was the ideal solution to avoid food waste. Like mother, like daughter, I do the same when I crave shrimp fried rice.<\/p>\n<p>*ingredients<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01 tbsp. oil<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01 tbsp. Chop the garlic<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/p>\n<p>\u00b03 cups cooked white rice<\/p>\n<p>\u00b02 c frozen peas and carrot<\/p>\n<p>\u00b02 tbsp. soya sauce<\/p>\n<p>\u00b02 tbsp. Sesame oil<\/p>\n<p>\u00b01 beaten egg<\/p>\n<p>\u00b02 tbsp. green onions<\/p>\n<p>*How to make shrimp fried rice<\/p>\n<p>Wash and rinse the prawns and set apart.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking white rice according to instructions and set apart.<\/p>\n<p>Placing skillet over medium heat and adding oil and minced garlic.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in garlic for one minute, to fragrant.<\/p>\n<p>Add the pea also shrimp mixture to the skillet, stir and cook for 5 mn.<\/p>\n<p>In bowl, add sesame oil and soy sauce also stir to combine.<\/p>\n<p>Adding white rice with soy sauce mixture also sesame seeds.<\/p>\n<p>fry for 4 mn.<\/p>\n<p>Placing rice and shrimp mixture on one side of platter.<\/p>\n<p>Adding eggs to the skillet and stirring eggs constantly to they are almost cooked, then stirring them to the rice mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Garnish with green onions.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This easy recipe takes Chinese takeaways.
