Just pure goodness!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 cups granulated sugar<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup Hershey\u2019s cocoa powder<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup milk<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>Pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.<br \/>\nIn a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.<br \/>\nGradually add the milk while stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Add the butter and stir until it melts and blends in.<br \/>\nBring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once it reaches a boil, stop stirring and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.<br \/>\nBeat the mixture vigorously with a wooden spoon or hand mixer until it thickens and loses its shine.<\/p>\n<p>Quickly pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.<br \/>\nLet it cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours or until it\u2019s firm to the touch.<\/p>\n<p>Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper, cut it into small squares, and enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This rich and delicious fudge is made of pure unsweetened cocoa..no corn syrup, chocolate chips or marshmallow creme.
