🛒 Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 500 g ground beef (about 4 patties)
  • 1 can (300 g) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 packet (25 g) onion soup mix
  • 120 ml water (½ cup)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional (but delicious):

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Form the patties
    Shape ground beef into 4 thick patties. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Optional step (adds flavor):
    Brown patties in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side.

  3. Layer in slow cooker
    • Place sliced onions at the bottom.
    • Add patties on top.
  4. Make the sauce
    In a bowl, mix:
    • Cream of mushroom soup
    • Onion soup mix
    • Water
    • Worcestershire (if using)
  5. Pour over patties
    Cover completely with the sauce.
  6. Cook
    • LOW: 6–7 hours
    • HIGH: 3–4 hours

  7. Patties should be fully cooked and tender.
