400 grams of natural flour
° 1 beaten egg
° 210 ml of milk
° 2 teaspoon baker’s yeast
° 1.5 teaspoon of salt
°70 g soft butter

Heat milk until it becomes lukewarm. Melting butter and yeast in it. Mixing everything well.
In a robot, put the flour and salt and make a hole in the middle and insert the egg that you previously mixed. Then adding butter, milk also yeast mixture.
Mix robotically until you get a paste that comes out parishioners.
