This smoothie won’t “contain” collagen, but it helps your body produce it naturally.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drink immediately for best nutrient retention.

Collagen comes from:

There’s no plant-based way to create actual collagen because plants don’t contain it.
