Simple Celery Hydration Juice
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh celery (8–10 stalks)
- 1/2 cup cold water (optional, for blending)
- Optional add-ins (choose one or skip):
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 green apple
- A small piece of fresh ginger
Instructions
- Wash & chop
Wash celery well and cut into small pieces.
- Juice or blend
- Juicer: Run celery through the juicer.
- Blender: Add celery and water, blend until smooth, then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
- Serve
Drink immediately for best freshness and hydration.
Tips
- Best enjoyed on an empty stomach or between meals.
- Skip sweeteners to keep it clean and hydrating.
- Drink within 24 hours if refrigerated, but fresh is best.
