Simple Celery Hydration Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh celery (8–10 stalks)
  • 1/2 cup cold water (optional, for blending)
  • Optional add-ins (choose one or skip):
    • 1/2 lemon, peeled
    • 1/2 green apple
    • A small piece of fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Wash & chop
    Wash celery well and cut into small pieces.
  2. Juice or blend
    • Juicer: Run celery through the juicer.
    • Blender: Add celery and water, blend until smooth, then strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
  3. Serve
    Drink immediately for best freshness and hydration.

Tips

  • Best enjoyed on an empty stomach or between meals.
  • Skip sweeteners to keep it clean and hydrating.
  • Drink within 24 hours if refrigerated, but fresh is best.
